Home inspections range in pricing and usually start around $300+ in our area. Some inspectors offer additional upgraded services to their report to help you gain additional knowledge about the property you are purchasing. Ask the inspector if they offer these services and how much they cost. Typically, home inspection reports are returned within 24 hours. Once received, check in with your agent to negotiate repairs with the Seller.
